Dental Insurance Plans from United Concordia

United Concordia offers affordable Dental Insurance Plans for Individuals and Families (as well as Group Plans). The company is well-known; United Concordia retains over 40 years as a national dental insurer, more than 6 million members, and more than 179,000 dentist access points across the country. The company does business in 34 States, including seven states where Liberty Medicare is licensed: Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Texas.

All United Concordia plans belong to the category of PPO Dental Insurance Plans. If you use one of the dentists from their large network, then your dentist agrees to accept the negotiated amount as a payment in full and cannot charge you any more than that. You may visit ANY dentist, but non-network dentists can charge you for the difference between their fees and negotiated fees.

There are no age limits for United Concordia Dental Plans, but there is an application fee. There are no paper applications or brochures; everything is computerized, and enrollment is online only.
